If you provide project materials before signing a written agreement, we will handle them reasonably, but unsolicited materials are not automatically confidential. Confidentiality obligations apply only if they are stated in a written agreement signed by Montclair Studios or otherwise required by law.

Do not submit trade secrets, unpublished creative ideas, confidential business plans, sensitive data, passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive information through public website forms.
